プライバシーポリシー

本プライバシーポリシーは、国立大学法人北海道大学（以下「サービス提供者」）が無料サービスとして提供するモバイルアプリ「Unire」（以下「本アプリ」）に適用されます。本サービスは「現状のまま」提供されます。


情報の収集と利用

本アプリは、ダウンロードおよび使用時に以下の情報を収集する場合があります。

  • ユーザID、デバイスID 本アプリのサービス提供（ログイン、プッシュ通知の送信）に使用します。

  • デバイス上の写真、動画、音声、その他のファイル 本アプリのサービス提供（ファイルアップロード機能）に使用します。

  • デバイスのインターネットプロトコルアドレス（IPアドレス）、UserAgent、モバイルデバイスのオペレーティングシステム、アプリ内で訪れたページ、訪問日時、それらのページで費やした時間 アプリの使用状況とユーザーエンゲージメントの分析に使用します。

  • Android Advertising ID（AAID） / Identifier For Advertising（IDFA） アプリの使用状況とユーザーエンゲージメントの分析に使用します。

  • クラッシュログ、診断情報、その他のアプリのパフォーマンスデータ アプリのクラッシュレポートの分析に使用します。

本アプリは、デバイスの正確な位置情報を収集しません。


第三者への情報提供

サービス提供者は、アプリの改善のために集約された匿名データを定期的に外部サービスへ送信する場合があります。本アプリが使用する第三者サービスのプライバシーポリシーは以下のリンクをご参照ください。


オプトアウトの権利

本アプリの情報収集を停止するには、アプリをアンインストールしてください。


子供のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としておらず、意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。13歳未満の子供から個人情報を取得したことが判明した場合、直ちに削除します。


セキュリティ

サービス提供者は、情報の機密性を保護するため、物理的・電子的・手続き的な保護対策を講じています。

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。最新のポリシーは本ページに掲載されますので、定期的にご確認ください。

このプライバシーポリシーは 2025.3.4 時点で有効です。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Unire" ((hereby referred to as "the App"), provided as a free service by National University Corporation Hokkaido University ((hereby referred to as "the Service Provider"). This service is provided "as is."


Collection and Use of Information

The App may collect the following information when downloaded and used:

  • User ID, Device ID Used for providing app services (login, push notification delivery).

  • Photos, videos, audio, and other files on the device Used for providing app services (file upload functionality).

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address, UserAgent, mobile device operating system, pages visited within the App, visit dates and times, and time spent on those pages Used for analyzing app usage and user engagement.

  • Android Advertising ID (AAID) / Identifier For Advertising (IDFA) Used for analyzing app usage and user engagement.

  • Crash logs, diagnostic information, and other app performance data Used for analyzing app crash reports.

The App does not collect precise location information from the device.


Disclosure to Third Parties

The Service Provider may periodically send aggregated anonymous data to external services for app improvement. Please refer to the privacy policies of the third-party services used by the App at the following links:


Opt-Out Rights

To stop the collection of information by the App, please uninstall the App.


Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If it is discovered that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, it will be promptly deleted.


Security

The Service Provider takes physical, electronic, and procedural security measures to protect the confidentiality of information.


Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest policy will be posted on this page, so please review it periodically.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2025.3.4.
